Refund Policy.

 

We offer a 90 day “No Questions Asked” full refund. If for any reason you wish to be refunded, simply notify us by the means below. If your items have been shipped, we will issue an RMA# and provide a return label via email for you to use for your return shipment. Once we’ve received verification that the items have been returned in full and are undamaged, we will process your refund for the amount of the original transaction, minus the shipping and handling fees. From this point, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit company to return the amount into the appropriate account.

You must notify us within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you to the Credit Card you paid with. We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and will again notify you once your materials have been received and your refund has been processed.

Please note: Once initiated, it can take up to 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card. If you have any questions, please contact us at the numbers above and we can give you a real-time status on your refund.
